Bengaluru-based Mister Hair Clinics unveils expansion plan to scale to 100 outlets by 2031

Synopsis

Mister Hair Clinics, a Bengaluru-headquartered hair and skin care clinic network, has announced an expansion roadmap to increase its footprint from 16 clinics to 100 clinics across India by 2031. The company has opened franchise opportunities to support growth across tier-2 and tier-3 cities, along with selected metro markets. The strategy is anchored in a standardised clinical and operational model, with plans to expand its presence across multiple states while tapping into India’s fast-growing hair restoration and medical aesthetics market

Mister Hair Clinics, a Bengaluru-based hair and skin care services network, has outlined an aggressive expansion strategy aimed at scaling its clinic footprint to 100 outlets across India by 2031, up from its current base of 16 clinics operating across southern states.
As part of the expansion plan, the company has opened franchise partnership opportunities for entrepreneurs, investors and healthcare professionals, positioning the model as a structured entry into India’s rapidly expanding medical aesthetics and hair restoration segment. The rollout will be implemented across tier-2 and tier-3 cities, alongside selective presence in key metropolitan centres.
The network currently operates clinics across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and select southern markets, having served several thousand patients since inception. The company said its growth strategy is built on a standardised clinical framework designed to ensure uniform treatment protocols, diagnostic processes and patient management systems across all locations.
The expansion blueprint focuses on replicating a single operating model that integrates clinical procedures, technology-led patient tracking systems and centralised marketing support. The company stated that this approach is intended to ensure consistency in service delivery while enabling rapid scalability across diverse geographic markets.
As part of its service diversification strategy, the group plans to introduce an integrated skin-care offering under a complementary brand at each clinic location from the middle of next year. This dual-service model is expected to enhance utilisation of existing infrastructure by generating multiple revenue streams within the same facility.
The company’s expansion strategy is being aligned with growing demand in India’s hair transplant and aesthetics industry, which has seen strong annual growth driven by changing lifestyle patterns, rising stress-related conditions and increasing acceptance of non-surgical cosmetic treatments. Industry estimates indicate that the sector is expected to expand significantly over the next decade, supported by rising discretionary healthcare spending.
The franchise model includes end-to-end operational support for partners, covering clinic design, equipment sourcing, recruitment and training of medical staff, as well as digital marketing and patient acquisition systems. The company has indicated that territories will be allocated selectively based on demand potential and partner capability.
Expansion markets identified under the plan include a range of high-growth tier-2 and tier-3 cities such as Surat, Nagpur, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Kochi, Visakhapatnam and Patna, along with metro-focused outlets in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Ahmedabad and Kolkata. The company currently operates in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hubballi, Davangere, Tirupati and Hyderabad.
Industry observers note that organised clinic chains in India’s aesthetics and dermatology space are increasingly focusing on tier-2 and tier-3 cities, where demand for specialised treatments is rising but supply remains relatively limited compared with major metropolitan markets.
The company said its long-term objective is to establish a branded national network in a sector that is still largely fragmented, dominated by standalone clinics and unorganised service providers.
