Embassy Developments Ltd has awarded a construction contract worth over INR 850 crore to Leighton Asia for its residential development Embassy Citadel in Worli, Mumbai. The company confirmed the development through a regulatory filing earlier this week, stating that the contract includes complete civil and structural works for the project. The development spans a total developable area of 1.6 million sq ft. Embassy Developments, which operates across major Indian cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Indore, continues to strengthen its presence in large-scale residential construction projects through structured partnerships.

Embassy Developments Ltd has awarded a construction contract valued at over INR 850 crore to Leighton Asia for its housing project in Mumbai. 
In a regulatory filing earlier this week, the company stated that the contract has been awarded for its residential development Embassy Citadel located in Worli. The statement confirmed that the agreement covers complete civil and structural works for the project. 
The project has a total developable area of 1.6 million sq ft, indicating a large-scale residential development planned within one of Mumbai’s key urban locations.
