Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has entered into a partnership with Sangam India to support the decarbonisation of its manufacturing operations across Rajasthan. The collaboration involves a hybrid renewable energy supply arrangement combining solar, wind, and battery storage to power multiple textile facilities of Sangam India, the flagship entity of the Sangam Group based in Bhilwara. The project is designed to ensure stable, round-the-clock clean power through an intra-state group captive model. CleanMax's existing renewable presence in Rajasthan also supports the execution of this agreement.
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has announced a partnership with Sangam India to decarbonise its operations across Rajasthan through a structured renewable energy supply arrangement.
Sangam India, the flagship textile company of the Sangam Group, is headquartered in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, and operates multiple manufacturing facilities across the state.
Under the agreement, both companies have signed a hybrid renewable energy supply arrangement that will provide 30 MWp of solar power and 20 MW of wind power. This will be supported by a 2 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to ensure better reliability and continuity of supply. The clean power will be supplied to five Sangam India facilities across Rajasthan.
The energy will be delivered from CleanMax's Bhikamkor hybrid renewable project under an intra-state group captive structure, enabling dedicated power sourcing for the consumer.
CleanMax has already developed multiple renewable energy projects in Rajasthan, including sites such as Bhikamkor and Bikaner. As of March 31, 2026, the company has reached 525 MW of operational renewable energy capacity in the state.
Kuldeep Jain, Managing Director of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, stated that the partnership with Sangam India strengthens the company's geographic reach and customer portfolio while also enabling round-the-clock renewable power supply. His remarks highlighted the role of hybrid energy systems in improving reliability for industrial users.
S R Dakhera, Chief Financial Officer of Sangam India, noted that the arrangement provides access to hybrid renewable energy supported by storage systems. He added that this would help maintain stable operations across multiple facilities while supporting the company's long-term decarbonisation objectives.
