According to details shared by the developer, homes at Casagrand Keystone are priced from INR 5,199 per sq ft, a rate positioned to attract buyers seeking planned community living at relatively accessible price points. More than 1.3 acres of the total land parcel has been allocated to open spaces, including a central park of nearly 24,500 sq ft, intended to function as a common social and recreational zone. A 6,800 sq ft clubhouse forms a key component of the development, housing a multipurpose hall, mini theatre and indoor recreation facilities. Commenting on the launch, Ashokkumar V, Senior Vice-President Marketing, Casagrand, said that Tiruppur was witnessing increasing demand for structured residential communities as homebuyers placed greater importance on lifestyle, security and long-term value. He added that the company aimed to deliver planned housing with integrated amenities while maintaining cost efficiency for buyers in emerging urban markets.
