According to details shared by the developer, homes at Casagrand Keystone are priced from INR 5,199 per sq ft, a rate positioned to attract buyers seeking planned community living at relatively accessible price points. More than 1.3 acres of the total land parcel has been allocated to open spaces, including a central park of nearly 24,500 sq ft, intended to function as a common social and recreational zone.
