These ULBs are grouped under two packages: Package One includes Theni Allinagaram, Valparai, Udhagamandalam, Cumbam, Bodinayakanur, and Mettupalayam, while Package Five covers Edappadi, Udumalaipettai, Gobichettipalayam, Dharapuram, Mettur, and Pollachi.
REPL's role involves a detailed assessment of current conditions and development patterns, identifying gaps and future opportunities within each region.
