One possible solution being considered is allowing a co-developer to join the project if Lotus Greens meets certain conditions. The Aditya Birla Group is a potential candidate for this role. Noida Authority CEO Lokesh M stated that the Sports City project will be presented at the next board meeting, where the developer's revised plans will be reviewed. These plans promise to dedicate 70% of the land to international-standard sports facilities.

Since the project was halted, all sales, purchases, and flat registrations have been frozen, and the Authority has refused to approve any building plans until the developers complete the promised sports facilities and comply with the scheme's regulations.
