Ceigall India Limited has secured a new highway project from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for four-laning a key stretch of NH-139W in Bihar. The project, awarded under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), involves upgrading the 78.942-km Sahebganj-Areraj-Bettiah corridor at a bid cost of approximately INR 2,160 crore. The company's arm, Ceigall Infra Projects, received the Letter of Award (LOA) dated February 11, 2026. The project has a construction timeline of 730 days, followed by a 15-year operations and maintenance period. Experion Developers has announced plans to invest INR 1,500 crore in an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 151, Noida. The five-acre project, named Saatori, will include around 450 units with a total built-up area of nearly 16 lakh square feet and is expected to be completed over the next four to five years.
