The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has initiated the auction process for a 23.2-acre land parcel in Rohini's Sector 36 to develop the city's first large-scale warehousing and logistics hub. The project will be executed under a public-private model, with the licensee responsible for construction, operation, and maintenance within a 24-month period.
