Realty firm iUSTUS will develop around 2.5 million square feet of residential and commercial projects in Bengaluru, with its current pipeline spread across South and East Bengaluru.
The Bengaluru-based company was founded by Pawan Sawhney and Santosh Soni, who have been involved in major real estate developments covering more than 7 million square feet. Their experience spans both the investment and operating sides of the real estate business.
iUSTUS said it will focus on professional execution, disciplined capital deployment, quality, transparency and long-term value creation across its projects.
Pawan Sawhney, Managing Director and CEO of iUSTUS, said the company aims to improve the way people live by creating long-term value for residents and communities while maintaining a balance with nature.
Sawhney has previously worked as a Partner at a private equity fund and served as Managing Director and CEO of Address Maker. He is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and Oxford and has experience in real estate investment and development.
Santosh Soni, Chief Financial Officer of iUSTUS, said the existing pipeline provides a strong foundation for the company, but it does not intend to pursue scale simply for the sake of expansion.
