The company plans to launch three to four housing projects by March next year. It has also partnered with Seaform Germany to procure premium modular kitchens and wardrobe solutions worth INR 150 crore over five years, covering more than 10,000 kitchens across its projects. The developer said housing demand remains strong in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, where supply from established developers remains limited.
Gaurs Group expects to maintain sales bookings of around INR 5,500 crore in the 2026-27 financial year, similar to the level recorded in the previous fiscal. Chairman Manoj Gaur said the company sold properties worth INR 5,500 crore last fiscal, with housing accounting for most of the sales.
The developer is preparing to launch three to four residential projects in Noida and along the Yamuna Expressway by March next year. Gaur said demand continues to remain strong across Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, mainly due to limited supply from established developers.
The company has also entered into a five-year partnership with Seaform Germany, a European manufacturer of premium modular kitchens and wardrobe solutions. Under the agreement, Gaurs Group will procure products worth INR 150 crore and use them across its under-development and upcoming residential projects.
The partnership will cover more than 10,000 premium kitchens over the five-year period. Veshesh Gaur, Director, Gaurs Group, said the scale of the partnership would help provide customers across the company's projects with a more consistent standard for kitchens and wardrobes.
Klaus Wartlik, Managing Director, Seaform Germany, said the company is looking to enter into similar partnerships with more real estate developers. He also said Seaform Germany could consider setting up a manufacturing facility in India after a few years, depending on the growth of its business in the country.
Gaurs Group has previously partnered with TOTO and GROHE for premium bathroom solutions, K-NEST for shuttering solutions and Elematic, a Finland-based provider of precast concrete technology, for precast solutions for kitchens.
Over nearly three decades, Gaurs Group, the real estate business of Gaursons India Pvt Ltd, has developed more than 100 million square feet and delivered over 75,000 homes across 75 projects, including three integrated townships. The group has also expanded into retail, education, sports and solar energy.
