Supreme Universal will invest around INR1,500 crore to develop Supreme Rivana, a residential project in Punawale, Pune, with a development potential of over 3 million sq ft. The 12.6-acre project, being developed under a joint development agreement (JDA) with a landowner, will comprise more than 2,200 apartments across multiple phases. The project will offer 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK homes, targeting the mid-to-premium housing segment in West Pune, with the investment covering construction costs.
Real estate developer Supreme Universal has announced plans to invest around INR1,500 crore to develop a large residential project in Punawale, Pune, expanding its presence in one of the city's fast-growing residential markets. The project, named Supreme Rivana, will be developed on a 12.6-acre land parcel under a joint development agreement (JDA) with the landowner. The development has a planned built-up area of over 3 million sq ft and will be executed in multiple phases.
The company plans to build more than 2,200 apartments, comprising 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK units, catering to buyers in the mid-to-premium housing segment. The phased construction approach is intended to align project execution with market demand while enabling a staggered rollout of residential inventory.
The announced investment will primarily fund construction activities across the project, reflecting Supreme Universal's strategy of expanding its residential portfolio in Pune through large-scale developments. Punawale has emerged as an important residential destination in western Pune, supported by improving infrastructure, connectivity and growing demand from homebuyers seeking larger homes in developing suburban locations.
The project comes as developers continue to increase investments in Pune's housing market, where sustained end-user demand and expanding urban infrastructure have encouraged new launches across multiple price segments. West Pune, in particular, has attracted significant residential activity because of its proximity to employment hubs and transport corridors.
Supreme Universal has been strengthening its presence across Mumbai and Pune through residential developments and strategic partnerships. The company has also pursued redevelopment opportunities and institutional collaborations to expand its project pipeline across key urban markets.
With a planned investment of INR1,500 crore, Supreme Rivana is expected to become one of the company's significant residential developments in Pune, adding substantial housing inventory to the city's growing western corridor through a phased development model.
