Synopsis

Shremoha, a senior independent living platform formed through a partnership between Shrem Group and Emoha, part of Age Care Labs, has been launched with two development partnerships in Pune and Gurugram. The platform has partnered with TRU Realty for Kekarav in Pune and KREEVA for a multigenerational project in Gurugram. Shremoha plans to combine independent living with personalised geriatric care, preventive health and wellness, hospitality and community experiences. Its first developments are aimed at seniors seeking active and socially connected lifestyles, with services designed to adapt as residents’ needs change.

Shremoha, a premium senior independent living platform formed through a strategic partnership between Shrem Group and Emoha, part of Age Care Labs, has been officially launched. The platform has announced its first two development partnerships with TRU Realty for Kekarav in Bavdhan, Pune, and KREEVA for a multigenerational project in Sector 70A, Gurugram.
The platform was launched during the Longevity Summit India 2026 in Mumbai. Formed in July, Shremoha aims to develop senior living communities that combine independent living with geriatric-grade personalised care, preventive healthcare, wellness, hospitality and community experiences. It is built around an independence-first approach, with support services intended to evolve as residents’ requirements change.
Saumyajit Roy, Co-founder and CEO, Emoha Elder Care, and Co-founder of Shremoha, said the platform was created around the idea that senior living should focus not only on care but also on purpose, independence and meaningful social connections. He said Shremoha would bring together Emoha’s experience in elder care with hospitality and community design, with the Pune and Gurugram projects forming the first part of its planned portfolio.
Nitan Chhatwal, MD, Shrem Group, and Co-founder of Shremoha, said senior living should enable longevity rather than be viewed simply as a destination for older people. He said the platform would focus on communities combining hospitality, wellness, design and operations to support independent living.
The launch followed a panel discussion at the summit on the changing role of senior living globally. The discussion covered how the sector is moving beyond a traditional real estate and care model towards integrated longevity ecosystems that include preventive healthcare, movement, nutrition, community, purpose and technology-enabled care.
At Kekarav in Pune, Shremoha is partnering with TRU Realty to develop 250 residences for seniors. The project in Kekarav Township at Bavdhan is planned around active and independent senior living, with the partnership combining TRU Realty’s development capabilities with Shremoha’s senior care expertise.
In Gurugram, Shremoha has partnered with KREEVA for its upcoming multigenerational project in Sector 70A. The development is planned to bring different generations together while providing seniors with independence, comfort and access to care. KREEVA said the partnership would support its approach towards creating homes suited to different stages and generations of life.
Both projects are expected to combine personalised geriatric care with hospitality-led independent living. The planned offerings include preventive health and wellness programmes, curated dining, resident-led activities and integrated support services that can change according to residents’ needs.
With the two partnerships, Shremoha is entering Pune and Gurugram, two markets where senior and multigenerational housing can be integrated with established urban residential communities. The platform plans to expand its portfolio as it works towards its stated vision of creating longevity-focused communities where seniors can maintain active and independent lifestyles.
Shrem Group and Emoha’s partnership brings together real estate development and elder-care capabilities. Emoha is part of Age Care Labs, whose portfolio also includes Epoch Elder Care. Shremoha’s proposition is centred on combining residential spaces with care, wellness, hospitality and community services rather than treating senior living only as a housing product.
