Signature Global said the project is spread across 13.55 acres. The developer has delivered 19.2 million sq ft of real estate so far and recorded sales bookings of INR 8,250 crore in FY26. It is targeting sales bookings of INR 10,000 crore in the current financial year.
Signature Global has awarded construction contracts worth a combined INR 920 crore to KEC International Ltd and NCC Ltd for its Sarvam at DXP Estate housing project in Sector 37D, Gurugram, along the Dwarka Expressway, the developer said on Sunday.
The 13.55-acre project will be developed with 11 residential towers comprising 1,798 housing units and a total development area of 5 million sq ft. KEC International and NCC have each received a construction contract valued at INR 460 crore for the project.
Under the contracts, KEC International will undertake construction of six residential towers, while NCC will be responsible for five towers. The construction work is expected to commence by the end of the third quarter of FY27.
Pradeep Aggarwal, founder and chairman of Signature Global, said the appointment of KEC International and NCC was intended to establish the project’s construction framework with a focus on engineering, execution and sustainability standards. He described both companies as experienced construction firms and said their involvement would support the delivery of the development.
The project is part of Signature Global’s housing development activity in Gurugram, a market where the Dwarka Expressway corridor has seen substantial residential development. Sarvam at DXP Estate is planned as a luxury housing project and will comprise the 11 towers to be constructed under the newly awarded contracts.
The construction awards also establish the division of work between the two contractors, with KEC International handling six towers and NCC undertaking five. Together, the towers will account for all 1,798 residential units planned across the 5 million sq ft development area.
Signature Global has delivered 19.2 million sq ft of real estate across its projects so far. The company recorded sales bookings of INR 8,250 crore during FY26, making it the fifth-largest real estate company by sales bookings or pre-sales, according to the company.
For FY27, Signature Global has set a sales bookings target of INR 10,000 crore. The company’s latest construction contracts come as it continues to expand its development pipeline while working towards the current financial year’s sales target.
The Sarvam at DXP Estate project will proceed towards construction once the scheduled work begins in the third quarter of FY27. The contracts awarded to KEC International and NCC cover the construction of the project’s 11 residential towers, with the two contractors together responsible for executing the development’s planned residential structures.
