Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited reported total revenue of THB 3,014.7 million and profit of THB 497.4 million for the third quarter of FY2026. The results come as the company continues to operate across residential, commercial, industrial and logistics real estate in Thailand. FPT has been expanding its industrial and logistics portfolio while strengthening its commercial assets, including its operations around One Bangkok. The company had earlier reported total revenue of THB 14,686 million and net profit of THB 1,455 million for FY2025. It has also set a FY2026 revenue expectation of THB 15,045 million.
Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (FPT.BK) reported total revenue of THB 3,014.7 million for the third quarter of FY2026, while profit stood at THB 497.4 million, according to Reuters.
The company operates across several real estate segments in Thailand, including residential development, commercial properties, industrial and logistics assets. Frasers Property Thailand also holds a 94.5% stake in Golden Land Property Development Public Company Limited and acts as the sponsor and manager of the Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT (FTREIT).
FPT has been increasing its exposure to industrial and logistics real estate. The company said earlier this year that its industrial and logistics portfolio was expected to exceed four million square metres of assets under management during FY2026. It has also expanded into industrial estates, including the ARAYA The Eastern Gateway project and the acquisition of a 2,200-rai industrial estate in Chonburi.
The company has also strengthened its commercial property operations through the integration of One Bangkok under a single local operating platform. Its commercial mixed-use portfolio covers a gross floor area of about 1.846 million square metres across seven mixed-use projects and 10 office buildings, with the assets connected to nine mass transit links.
FPT's recent financial performance follows a full-year FY2025 in which the company recorded total revenue of THB 14,686 million and net profit of THB 1,455 million. The company attributed that performance to its residential, industrial and commercial businesses amid domestic and international economic pressures.
The company had also reported revenue of THB 3,538 million in the first quarter of FY2026, with real estate sales contributing THB 2,140 million, rental and service fees contributing THB 788 million and other income accounting for THB 610 million.
For the financial year ending in September 2026, FPT expects revenue to reach THB 15,045 million, with contributions coming from its integrated residential, commercial, industrial and logistics operations.
The company's business expansion has also included logistics facilities and industrial estates, giving it exposure to both property development and recurring-income assets. In addition, FPT continues to develop logistics facilities for customers such as SPX Express, with its projects with the company spanning several locations across Southeast Asia.
