Synopsis

Gaurs Group has launched a new residential project on the Yamuna Expressway in Delhi-NCR with an estimated revenue potential of INR 1,900 crore. Spread across 11.8 acres in Sector 22D, the development, named Gaur Alaris, will comprise 1,088 apartments. The launch comes amid sustained residential demand along the Yamuna Expressway corridor, supported by improving connectivity, ongoing infrastructure development and the upcoming Noida International Airport. The Delhi-NCR-based developer said the project is aimed at the premium housing segment. Gaurs Group has delivered more than 100 million sq ft of real estate and has completed over 75,000 housing units across more than 75 projects, including three integrated townships.

Gaurs Group has launched a premium housing project on the Yamuna Expressway in Delhi-NCR with an estimated sales realisation of INR 1,900 crore. The project, named Gaur Alaris, is being developed across an 11.8-acre site in Sector 22D and will comprise 1,088 apartments, the developer said in a statement issued in the past week.
Located on the Yamuna Expressway corridor connecting Noida and Greater Noida with Agra, the residential development is expected to cater to homebuyers seeking premium housing options in a market that has witnessed increased residential activity in recent years. According to the company, the project has an estimated revenue potential of INR 1,900 crore.
Chairman and Managing Director Manoj Gaur said the premium housing segment continued to witness demand from buyers looking for well-designed developments with efficient planning and long-term value. He indicated that the company remains focused on delivering projects that meet evolving buyer preferences in the region.
Sarthak Gaur, Director of Gaurs Group, stated that the Yamuna Expressway corridor continues to record strong residential momentum, supported by improving connectivity, expanding infrastructure and the development of the Noida International Airport. He said these factors have contributed to growing interest from both homebuyers and investors in the micro-market.
The Yamuna Expressway has emerged as one of the key residential growth corridors in the National Capital Region, driven by large-scale infrastructure projects and improving regional connectivity. The upcoming airport at Jewar, along with ongoing road and urban infrastructure development, has led several developers to launch new residential projects across the corridor.
Gaurs Group, formally known as Gaursons India Pvt. Ltd., has been operating in the Delhi-NCR real estate market for nearly three decades. The developer has built a diversified portfolio spanning residential, commercial, retail, education and hospitality assets.
According to the company, it has delivered more than 100 million sq ft of real estate across its developments. Its completed portfolio includes over 75,000 residential units across more than 75 real estate projects, including three integrated townships. The launch of Gaur Alaris further expands the company's residential presence along the Yamuna Expressway as developers continue to introduce new projects in response to sustained demand across the NCR housing market.
