Management said the quarter marked its highest-ever quarterly profit after tax and highlighted the company's strong liquidity and balance sheet, which are expected to support future growth and project execution across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Keystone Realtors Ltd has reported a more than threefold increase in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June of FY27, supported by higher income and steady sales performance.
According to a regulatory filing, the company's consolidated net profit rose to INR 52.37 crore during the April-June quarter, compared with INR 16.33 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
The company's total income increased to INR 493.26 crore in the first quarter of FY27 from INR 288.64 crore in the year-ago period, reflecting improved business performance during the quarter.
Commenting on the quarterly performance, Chairman and Managing Director Boman Irani said the first quarter of FY27 marked a steady beginning to the financial year, building on the momentum achieved in FY26. He said the company recorded pre-sales of INR 617 crore during the quarter, driven by resilient sales from ongoing projects and continued homebuyer confidence across its developments.
Irani further stated that the company had achieved its highest-ever quarterly profit after tax. He added that the results reflected the strength of Keystone Realtors' business model, disciplined execution strategy and continued focus on delivering sustainable growth while creating long-term value for stakeholders.
He also said the company remains well-capitalised, supported by a strong balance sheet and healthy liquidity position. According to Irani, this financial strength will help the developer pursue new growth opportunities, efficiently execute its existing development pipeline and continue creating long-term value for customers, shareholders and other stakeholders.
Keystone Realtors, incorporated in 1995, is one of the prominent real estate developers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The company operates under the Rustomjee brand and has built a diversified residential portfolio across Mumbai and its suburbs over the years.
The developer currently has 41 completed projects, 17 ongoing projects and 21 forthcoming projects across the MMR.
