IndiQube has secured a workspace expansion deal with a leading global audio series platform, which has leased nearly 1,300 seats at the managed workspace provider’s tech park facility on Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road. The deal is valued at approximately INR 68 crore and expands an existing relationship between the two companies. The client had initially scaled its operations from IndiQube’s Koramangala facility before moving to the larger enterprise environment on the city’s prime IT corridor. The transaction adds to IndiQube’s enterprise portfolio and its presence among India’s high-growth technology companies. The company said startups and unicorns account for nearly a quarter of its overall occupancy, with more than 50 unicorns having selected IndiQube as their workspace partner.
IndiQube has signed a workspace expansion deal with a leading global audio series platform for nearly 1,300 seats at its tech park facility on Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road, with the transaction valued at approximately INR 68 crore. The agreement extends an existing relationship between the two companies as the client moves its operations from IndiQube’s Koramangala centre to a larger enterprise workspace.
The audio series platform had initially established and expanded its operations from IndiQube’s Koramangala facility. Its latest move takes the business into IndiQube’s technology-enabled facility along the Outer Ring Road, one of Bengaluru’s key IT corridors.
The expansion illustrates how the workspace provider is accommodating the changing requirements of a technology company as it scales. Rather than entering the relationship at its current size, the client has moved between IndiQube facilities as its operational requirements have increased.
Rishi Das, Co-founder, IndiQube, said the client had been associated with the company since its early stages in Koramangala. He said IndiQube was able to accommodate the company’s expansion and subsequently transition it into a larger tech park environment with capacity for nearly 1,300 seats.
Das said the transaction reflected IndiQube’s approach to total workspace outsourcing, under which the company seeks to support startups and unicorns through different stages of their expansion, from early-stage operations to larger-scale requirements.
The latest agreement also adds to IndiQube’s enterprise business, particularly its work with startups and unicorns. The company said its managed spaces platform combines workspace infrastructure with technology and operational capabilities intended to address the requirements of fast-growing technology businesses.
Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder, IndiQube, said startups and unicorns currently account for nearly a quarter of the company’s overall occupancy. She added that more than 50 unicorns have selected IndiQube as their workspace partner.
According to Agarwal, companies in this segment are increasingly seeking workspace operators that can support requirements beyond their immediate office needs, including changing spatial requirements and employee experience considerations over a five-to-10-year period.
IndiQube describes itself as an integrated managed spaces platform combining real estate, technology, operations, sustainability and employee experience. Its offerings include managed workspaces, agile design and build solutions, and commercial space operations through its Grow, DesignQube and IndiQare businesses.
The company caters to global capability centres, Indian conglomerates, unicorns and high-growth startups across its pan-India operations.
