Synopsis

Realty firm Brigade Enterprises has leased around 1.62 lakh square feet of office space in Thiruvananthapuram to US-based healthcare technology company HealthEdge. The space is spread across 11 floors of Brigade Square, the developer's first IT office building in the Kerala capital. The 2 lakh square feet commercial project is part of Brigade Group's expansion in Thiruvananthapuram. The company has also signed an MoU with the Kerala government to develop a 2 million square feet World Trade Center at Technopark Phase 1.

Realty firm Brigade Enterprises has leased around 1.62 lakh square feet of office space at its Brigade Square project in Thiruvananthapuram to US-based healthcare technology company HealthEdge. 
In a regulatory filing, Brigade Enterprises said it had signed a lease agreement with HealthEdge for a super built-up area of approximately 1.62 lakh square feet spread across 11 floors of Brigade Square, the company's first IT office building in Thiruvananthapuram. 
HealthEdge provides AI-powered software and technology-enabled services for the healthcare sector. 
Brigade Square is a 2 lakh square feet IT office building located in Thiruvananthapuram. Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, said the project was planned to provide technologically equipped workspaces capable of meeting the infrastructure, technology and employee experience requirements of global organisations. 
Brigade Group has further expansion plans for Thiruvananthapuram. The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Kerala to develop a 2 million square feet World Trade Center within Technopark Phase 1. 
Established in 1986, Brigade Group has developed residential, commercial and other real estate projects across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and GIFT City. The group also has operations in the hospitality and education sectors.
