HP Global has announced its entry into the Haridwar real estate market with Amrit Aarogyam Phase-II, a premium residential project with an estimated investment of around INR 100 crore.
The project is spread across nearly 2.5 lakh square feet and will have 200 units across different configurations. It is located along the Delhi-Haridwar Expressway, close to Patanjali Yogpeeth and the banks of the Ganga.
Amrit Aarogyam Phase-II is being funded through a combination of investor participation and internal accruals and is expected to be completed within 18 months. Units are priced at INR 6,000 per square foot.
The project is aimed primarily at spiritual and wellness-focused buyers, including retirees, NRIs and second-home buyers. Planned amenities include a swimming pool, yoga and meditation spaces, a dedicated temple, senior citizen zones and landscaped green areas.
HP Global said the new phase follows the delivery of Amrit Aarogyam Phase-I, which has an established resident community in the region.
The company is also evaluating land acquisition opportunities in Rishikesh as part of its planned expansion across Uttarakhand's spiritual and wellness-oriented residential markets. The company said Rishikesh would be a natural next market as it looks to develop projects across the state's spiritual belt.
Dr Annkit A Jayant, Founder and CEO, HP Global, said the company's focus with the project is on creating residences that combine wellness, spirituality and everyday living. He also pointed to Haridwar's position as a spiritual and yoga hub and the growing interest in tier-2 wellness destinations.
HP Global said its broader focus is on high-end residential development, with an emphasis on quality, transparency and customer-centric offerings. The Haridwar project marks its expansion into Uttarakhand, with further development opportunities being explored in the region.
