Construction company Annu Projects Ltd has fixed the price band for its INR 175 crore initial public offering at INR 94-99 per share. The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of 17.683 million equity shares and is scheduled to open for subscription on August 25 and close on August 28. The company plans to use INR 115 crore of the proceeds for working capital and INR 15 crore for purchasing machinery and equipment. As of June 30, 2026, its order book stood at INR 1,005.05 crore.
Construction company Annu Projects Ltd has fixed the price band for its INR 175 crore initial public offering at INR 94-99 per equity share. The IPO will open for subscription on August 25 and close on August 28.
The issue comprises a fresh issue of 17,683,000 equity shares with a face value of INR 10 each. The company plans to list its shares on both the BSE and NSE.
Annu Projects will use INR 115 crore from the IPO proceeds to meet its working capital requirements, while INR 15 crore will be allocated towards capital expenditure for purchasing machinery and equipment. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Established in 2003, the company is engaged in the design, development, implementation, operation and maintenance of essential overhead and underground utilities infrastructure. Its business covers telecom, sewerage, gas pipelines and railway signalling.
As of June 30, 2026, Annu Projects had an aggregate order book of INR 1,005.05 crore.
The company reported revenue from operations of INR 241.24 crore and a profit after tax of INR 33.02 crore in FY26. In FY25, it recorded revenue of INR 180.06 crore and a profit after tax of INR 21.10 crore.
Mefcom Capital Markets Ltd is the book running lead manager for the issue, while Kfin Technologies Ltd is the registrar.
