Kolte-Patil Developers has appointed Hrishikesh Parandekar as its Chief Executive Officer, with the appointment taking effect from August 24, 2026. Parandekar brings more than three decades of experience across real estate, investments and strategic leadership. He has previously held senior positions at Alpha Alternatives, McKinsey & Company, Morgan Stanley, Karvy Group, Ambit Holdings and Sugee Group. In his new role, he will focus on business expansion, operational performance and institutional strengthening. Kolte-Patil has developed more than 68 projects across Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru, covering over 33 million square feet of saleable area.
Realty firm Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd has appointed Hrishikesh Parandekar as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with the appointment set to take effect from August 24, 2026.
The Pune-based company made the announcement through a regulatory filing. Parandekar will lead the company's next phase of growth, with responsibilities covering business expansion, operational excellence, institutional strengthening and long-term shareholder value creation.
Parandekar has more than three decades of experience across real estate, investments and strategic leadership. Before joining Kolte-Patil Developers, he was a Senior Partner at Alpha Alternatives, where he led strategic partnerships and real estate investments.
He has also held leadership positions at McKinsey & Company, Morgan Stanley, Karvy Group, Ambit Holdings and Sugee Group.
Kolte-Patil Developers has developed and constructed more than 68 projects across Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru. Its portfolio includes residential complexes, integrated townships, commercial developments and IT Parks, with a combined saleable area of more than 33 million square feet.
Global investment firm Blackstone holds a 40 per cent stake in Kolte-Patil Developers.
