RateGain Travel Technologies has entered into a partnership with Central Asian carrier VIETJET QAZAQSTAN to deploy its AirGain airfare pricing intelligence platform across key routes. Announced on August 18, the agreement will provide the airline’s commercial and revenue management teams with real-time visibility into competitor fares and pricing movements across multiple channels. AirGain will also support automated fare tracking, competitive benchmarking and dynamic pricing decisions. The deployment comes as VIETJET QAZAQSTAN expands its footprint in Central Asia and seeks faster access to market data to support its pricing strategy.
RateGain Travel Technologies has partnered with Central Asian airline VIETJET QAZAQSTAN to deploy its AirGain airfare pricing intelligence platform, with the agreement announced on August 18 aimed at providing the carrier with real-time competitive insights and supporting pricing decisions across key routes.
Under the agreement, VIETJET QAZAQSTAN’s commercial teams will be able to monitor fare movements across multiple distribution channels and benchmark their pricing against competitors in real time. The platform is designed to give the airline a more current view of market conditions instead of relying on delayed or fragmented pricing information.
AirGain will also enable the airline to track changes in competitor fares and identify pricing movements across routes. According to RateGain, the system will support dynamic adjustments to pricing strategies based on live market signals, allowing commercial and revenue management teams to respond more quickly to changes in the competitive environment.
The deployment comes as VIETJET QAZAQSTAN builds its presence in the Central Asian aviation market. The airline is seeking to strengthen its ability to assess competitive positioning across its routes, with real-time fare intelligence forming part of its approach to pricing and revenue management.
Beyond routine fare monitoring, the platform is intended to help the airline identify emerging pricing and market trends across routes. RateGain said the technology would provide greater consistency in competitive benchmarking and automate fare-tracking processes, reducing the manual effort required from commercial teams.
The system will also allow revenue management teams to identify pricing gaps and react to changes in market conditions. RateGain’s AirGain platform is designed specifically for airfare pricing intelligence, providing airlines with data on competitor fares and market behaviour to support pricing decisions. The company has previously deployed the platform with airlines in different markets, including Central Asia and Southeast Asia.
The agreement adds VIETJET QAZAQSTAN to RateGain’s growing airline customer base for its pricing intelligence business. RateGain’s FY25 annual report said its AirGain platform provides airlines with real-time pricing and competitive intelligence, while the company has continued to expand its AI capabilities across its travel technology products.
The partnership also follows RateGain’s recent expansion of AirGain among international carriers. In its FY26 investor presentation, the company identified airlines including MIAT Mongolian Airlines and Myanmar Airways as recent AirGain partnerships, reflecting continued adoption of real-time pricing intelligence within the aviation sector.
For VIETJET QAZAQSTAN, the deployment is focused on improving the speed and consistency of pricing decisions as competition develops across its routes. For RateGain, the contract further expands the use of its AI-based pricing technology among airlines operating in international markets.
