Synopsis

Mumbai-based Srishti Group has launched its latest brand campaign, “The House of Pride”, featuring the proposition “Get More Life. Less Rush.” The campaign brings together Craft de Srishti in Nahur (West) and Srishti Oasis in Bhandup (West), both located along the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road corridor. The campaign focuses on connectivity as a factor influencing the quality of urban life, particularly in a city where commuting time forms a significant part of residents’ daily routines. Craft de Srishti offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK residences, while Srishti Oasis comprises 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK homes. The developer said the campaign reflects a broader approach to premium housing that considers connectivity, planning and lifestyle convenience alongside the physical characteristics of a home.

Srishti Group has launched its latest brand campaign, “The House of Pride”, in Mumbai, bringing together its Craft de Srishti development in Nahur (West) and Srishti Oasis in Bhandup (West) around the proposition “Get More Life. Less Rush.” The campaign, unveiled on August 17, focuses on the role of connectivity in residential decision-making and positions the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR) corridor as a key consideration for the two developments.
The campaign is based on the premise that reduced travel time can allow urban residents to devote more time to family, personal interests and other aspects of daily life. Srishti Group has placed GMLR connectivity at the centre of this proposition, citing the corridor’s east-west link between Mumbai’s eastern and western suburbs and its access to residential, commercial and employment destinations.
According to the developer, the connectivity offered by the corridor represents more than a transport advantage and forms part of how contemporary homebuyers assess a residential address. The campaign therefore seeks to associate the two projects with a combination of accessibility, residential planning and lifestyle convenience.
Karan Villaitramani, Director, Srishti Group, said the company’s understanding of premium housing was increasingly extending beyond the size, specifications and amenities of an individual residence. He said the quality of life enabled by an address was also becoming an important consideration. With GMLR improving east-west connectivity, the group’s focus was on addresses that could help reduce daily commuting pressures and provide residents with more time for family, aspirations and experiences.
Craft de Srishti offers premium 2 BHK residences priced at INR 1.86 crore, all inclusive, and 3 BHK residences priced at INR 2.74 crore, all inclusive. Eligible buyers can also avail themselves of a 24-month Holiday EMI offer from a public sector undertaking (PSU) bank, according to the developer.
Srishti Oasis offers 1 BHK homes starting at INR 1.08 crore, 2 BHK residences at INR 1.59 crore and 3 BHK residences at INR 2.04 crore, all inclusive. Eligible buyers are offered a 12-month Holiday EMI facility from a PSU bank.
The two developments are being used by the group to present the campaign’s focus on connectivity and urban convenience. The company said the proposition was intended to broaden the definition of premium living by placing greater emphasis on time and accessibility alongside conventional residential features.
Srishti Group said it has 35 years of experience, more than 25 completed projects and over 5 million sq ft of delivered development. Through the latest campaign, the developer is seeking to communicate its approach to residential development around the changing requirements of Mumbai’s homebuyers, with connectivity and reduced commuting time forming a central part of the proposition.
