NoBroker and Sumadhura Group are joining hands to organise a two-day property expo in Bengaluru, where homebuyers and investors will be able to explore more than 10 Sumadhura projects at a single venue.
The expo is scheduled for August 15 and 16, 2026, at the Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Centre. The event will remain open from 10 am to 8 pm on both days. Entry is free for prospective homebuyers and investors.
The expo will bring together Sumadhura’s Bengaluru portfolio, allowing visitors to compare different projects, configurations and locations without having to visit multiple sites. Buyers will also be able to speak directly with the developer’s team about pricing, possession timelines, payment plans and booking terms.
A new Sumadhura project is also scheduled to be launched exclusively at the event. Visitors will get early access to information about the project, including available units, floor plans and pricing, before the details are made available to the wider market.
The event will include a set of offers available specifically to buyers who make bookings during the expo. These include an INR 1 lakh voucher for on-the-spot bookings, along with project-specific spot offers and discounts.
The organisers have also announced savings of up to INR 22 lakh, while buyers will be eligible for a flat 25% discount on NoBroker Interiors, with benefits valued at up to INR 2.5 lakh.
The event-only offers are aimed at buyers who are already considering a purchase and want to compare projects before making a booking. The expo will also allow visitors to assess layouts, configurations and possession schedules across Sumadhura’s projects at the same time.

He said buyers were increasingly looking for clarity on available options before making a purchase and that the expo would give them an opportunity to compare projects and access event-specific benefits. He added that the new project launch and special offers would also make the event relevant to both homebuyers and investors.
