The Gurugram-focused developer’s pre-sales rose 25% quarter-on-quarter to INR 19.7 billion, while average sales realisation increased to INR 17,093 per sq ft from INR 15,250 per sq ft in FY26. The improvement in realisation was primarily attributed to the launch of Tonino Lamborghini Residences on Southern Peripheral Road in Sector 71, Gurugram. Signature Global reported net debt of INR 3.9 billion at the end of June, while cash and bank balances, including fixed deposits, stood at INR 25.22 billion.

Signature Global (India) Ltd reported revenue of INR 5.5 billion in the first quarter of FY27, while collections stood at INR 6.7 billion during the period. The company’s pre-sales increased 25% quarter-on-quarter to INR 19.7 billion, supported by demand across its residential portfolio.
Average sales realisation also increased during the quarter, reaching INR 17,093 per sq ft compared with INR 15,250 per sq ft in FY26. The company attributed the improvement primarily to the launch of Tonino Lamborghini Residences, which expanded its portfolio into the branded residences segment.
The project was launched on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Sector 71, Gurugram, in collaboration with Italian luxury brand Tonino Lamborghini. The development marks Tonino Lamborghini’s entry into the Indian real estate market.
Signature Global said the first phase of Tonino Lamborghini Residences received a strong market response and contributed to the company’s pre-sales during the quarter. The launch also forms part of the developer’s strategy to increase its presence in the premium housing segment.
The company’s financial position remained supported by cash reserves. Net debt stood at INR 3.9 billion at the end of the quarter, while cash and bank balances, including fixed deposits, amounted to INR 25.22 billion as of June 30, 2026.
Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, chairman and whole-time director of Signature Global, said the quarterly performance reflected the company’s business model and execution during the period. He noted that revenue recognition had been affected by project timelines, while the company continued to report construction progress and maintain a project pipeline.
According to Aggarwal, demand, an improved product mix and higher sales realisations supported the pre-sales performance during the quarter. He also said the response to the Tonino Lamborghini launch supported the company’s premiumisation strategy and its expansion into branded residences.
The developer expects Gurugram’s property market to continue benefiting from infrastructure development, improved connectivity and sustained housing demand. The company said it would remain focused on project execution, capital allocation and expanding its presence in high-growth micro-markets.
The Q1FY27 performance comes as Signature Global continues to increase its exposure to higher-value residential developments. The company’s launch strategy during the quarter combined its existing residential portfolio with a branded residential offering, while its cash position provided financial flexibility for further project development and investment.
