The eighth Global Real Estate Brand Awards (GREBA) 2026 concluded in Bengaluru, bringing together more than 200 real estate developers, policymakers, technology firms and corporate leaders to discuss artificial intelligence (AI), PropTech adoption and sustainable urban development. The event featured market outlook sessions, panel discussions on digital transformation and an awards ceremony recognising more than 25 developers, projects and industry professionals. Institutional partners, including CareEdge Ratings, ANAROCK Group and NAREDCO Karnataka, participated in the summit, which focused on emerging market trends, technology-led development and innovation across India's real estate sector. Awards were presented across residential, commercial, PropTech and individual leadership categories.
The eighth edition of the Global Real Estate Brand Awards (GREBA) 2026 concluded in Bengaluru, bringing together more than 200 real estate developers, policymakers, technology companies and corporate leaders to discuss emerging trends shaping India's property sector. Held at Taj MG Road, the event focused on artificial intelligence (AI), PropTech, digital transformation and sustainable urban development, before concluding with an awards ceremony recognising achievements across the industry.
More than 25 developers, projects and industry professionals were honoured for their contributions to luxury housing, commercial real estate, sustainable development, technology and corporate leadership.
The summit was organised with support from several institutional partners. CareEdge Ratings participated as the In Association Partner, while ANAROCK Group served as the Strategic Knowledge Partner. NAREDCO Karnataka joined as the Conference Partner, and Zee Business was the Featured Telecast Partner. Additional partners included Genurise Builders as Luxury Partner, Shining Cloud as Technology Partner and Expotech as the Event Strategic Partner.
During the inaugural session, Aakash Jain, Head – Corporate Affairs & Strategic Business Partnerships at CareEdge Ratings, highlighted the resilience of the Indian real estate market. He said the sector is increasingly being influenced by data-driven decision-making, artificial intelligence and digital integration in investment and development processes.
Dr Prashanth Thakur, Executive Director and Head of Research at ANAROCK Group, presented a market assessment covering changes in consumer preferences, the emergence of new micro-markets and broader economic factors influencing capital flows into Indian real estate.
A panel discussion on AI, PropTech and digital transformation in real estate formed a key part of the conference. Moderated by Nandan Reddy, Vice President – Marketing at Merusri Developers, the session featured Raheel Reddy of Fortune Primero, Syed Ahmed Raza, Rajendra Praveen of Shining Cloud and Avinash Rao of Alt DRX. The panellists discussed the use of artificial intelligence and PropTech solutions in project execution, customer engagement and facility management. They also examined how fractional ownership platforms and data-driven asset management are broadening access to real estate investments.
The awards ceremony was conducted by veteran architect Krishna Rao Jaisim and NAREDCO Karnataka President Shyam Mareddy. Among the project awards, Ventara Residences by Amberstone Properties received the Iconic Property of the Year (Luxury) award, while Featherlite Signature by Featherlite Developers won the commercial category. Definer Properties received the Developer Award (Luxury) and was also recognised for the Most Admired Ultra Luxury Project.
Other project and corporate winners included The Clan by Global Edifice, DSR Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Satori Residence by Genurise Builders, Daintree by Mana Projects, SUYUG Infra, Amberstone Properties, Shining Cloud, Sunrise Designhive, Global Branded Concepts, EBSL Automat Pvt. Ltd. and Parkment Club.
Individual honours recognised Ram Reddy and Lakshman Reddy of RRL Group, Suraj EK of MJ Realty, Anoop Prakash of Amberstone Properties, Ashish Sharma of ANAROCK, Emanda Vaz of Embassy Group, Raheel Reddy of Fortune Primero, Viswapratap Desu of Brigade Group and Amulya Reddy of DSR Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. for their contributions across entrepreneurship, leadership, marketing and business management.
