DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited (DMIC-IITGNL) has invited fresh bids for infrastructure development works estimated at around INR 5,881 crore, marking another step in the implementation of the Integrated Industrial Township under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC).
The tender is intended to appoint contractors for the construction of key physical infrastructure required to support industrial, commercial and urban development within the township. The project is expected to strengthen the region's readiness for future manufacturing investments by creating modern civic and utility infrastructure.
The proposed package covers a wide range of development activities, including the construction of internal road networks, water supply systems, sewerage infrastructure, stormwater drainage, power distribution facilities and other utility services essential for a fully functional industrial township. These works are aimed at creating an integrated urban environment capable of supporting industries alongside residential and commercial developments.
The Integrated Industrial Township at Greater Noida has been planned as one of the flagship industrial nodes under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor programme, which seeks to enhance India's manufacturing competitiveness through world-class infrastructure and improved logistics connectivity. The township is expected to provide serviced industrial land supported by advanced infrastructure and sustainable urban planning.
