Faalcon Concepts Ltd has secured a work order worth INR 101.93 crore from Splendor Information Technology Pvt Ltd for façade works at the Splendor ONYX commercial development in Sector 142, Noida. The three-year contract covers the design, fabrication, supply and installation of aluminium glazing façade systems. The order is valued at more than three times the company's standalone FY26 revenue and is expected to strengthen revenue visibility over the execution period. Between January and July 2026, the company has secured cumulative orders worth around INR 125.9 crore, reinforcing its order book in the commercial infrastructure segment.
Faalcon Concepts Ltd has been awarded a work order valued at INR 101.93 crore by Splendor Information Technology Pvt Ltd for façade works at Splendor ONYX, a commercial development in Sector 142, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The contract covers the design, fabrication, supply and installation of aluminium glazing façade systems for the project.
According to the company, the contract will be executed over a period of three years. Billing for the project will be linked to the delivery of materials and the achievement of defined project milestones throughout the construction period.
The order represents a significant addition to Faalcon Concepts' project pipeline. Its value exceeds three times the company's standalone revenue of INR 30.01 crore reported for FY26, providing enhanced revenue visibility over the next three years as the project progresses.
Chairperson and Managing Director Ekta Seth said the contract marked a significant milestone for the company and reflected its capability to execute large and technically complex commercial façade projects. She stated that the order would strengthen revenue visibility over the coming three years while reinforcing client confidence in the company's engineering and execution capabilities.
The Noida project further expands Faalcon Concepts' presence in the commercial infrastructure segment. The company stated that it has secured cumulative orders worth approximately INR 125.9 crore between January and July 2026, reflecting continued business growth and strengthening its overall order book.
Founded in 2018, Faalcon Concepts provides end-to-end façade and fenestration solutions for commercial, residential, institutional and infrastructure projects. Its portfolio includes curtain wall systems, structural glazing, skylights, canopies, aluminium doors and windows, and cladding systems. The company is certified under ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.
For FY26, Faalcon Concepts reported consolidated revenue of INR 33.87 crore, representing year-on-year growth of 17.8%. Operating profit increased by 33.7% to INR 6.62 crore during the financial year, which the company attributed to improved operational efficiencies and continued business expansion.
The latest contract is expected to contribute to the company's execution pipeline over the next three years as commercial real estate development activity continues across key markets, including the National Capital Region.
