Synopsis

Swedish Logistic Property (SLP) has extended an existing lease in Linkoping by eight years while also increasing the leased area by approximately 2,600 square metres. The lease will now remain valid until the end of 2037. The expansion is expected to raise the property's annual rental value to around SEK 11.2 million from an additional SEK 2.9 million. SLP will invest about SEK 44 million in the project, with the investment being financed through internal funds, reflecting the company's continued focus on strengthening its logistics property portfolio.

Swedish Logistic Property (SLP) has expanded an existing lease agreement in Linkoping by adding approximately 2,600 square metres of space and extending the lease term by eight years.
The company said the revised lease agreement will remain in force until December 31, 2037, providing long-term occupancy for the property and strengthening the stability of its rental income.
Following the expansion, the property's annual rental value is expected to increase by approximately SEK 2.9 million. Once the project is completed, the total annual rental value of the lease is projected to reach around SEK 11.2 million.
To support the expansion, SLP will invest approximately SEK 44 million in the property. The investment covers the additional 2,600 square metres and will initially be financed through the company's internal funds.
The latest agreement is in line with SLP's strategy of enhancing the value of its logistics property portfolio through long-term lease commitments and investments that improve rental income while maintaining stable occupancy levels.
