Karyan Group has launched Trevana Residences, a premium residential development located opposite Wave City along the NH-24 corridor in Ghaziabad. The project, announced in the past week, is positioned to cater to the rising demand for larger homes and lifestyle-oriented developments as the corridor gains prominence within the National Capital Region's residential market.
The launch comes against the backdrop of significant infrastructure improvements along NH-24, including enhanced road connectivity with Delhi and Noida, proposed metro expansion and improved access to major commercial districts. These developments have contributed to changing buyer perceptions, with the corridor increasingly attracting premium and luxury residential projects in addition to its established affordable housing segment.
Trevana Residences comprises 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments, targeting homebuyers seeking larger living spaces and integrated lifestyle amenities. According to the company, the project has been designed to address changing residential preferences, with buyers placing greater emphasis on spacious homes, wellness-focused environments and community-centric living.
The development includes a 45,000 sq ft clubhouse alongside a range of recreational and sports facilities. Planned amenities comprise pickleball and paddle courts, a bowling alley, cricket pitch, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness centres and landscaped green spaces. Karyan Group also stated that the project incorporates green spaces as part of its planning, aligning with growing demand for environmentally conscious residential developments. The company said developments such as Trevana Residences contribute to Ghaziabad's transition from a predominantly peripheral housing market to an emerging premium residential destination within the NCR. Continued infrastructure investment and expanding employment centres across Delhi, Noida and Greater Noida are expected to support residential demand along the NH-24 corridor.
The project is backed by a projected investment of INR 900 crore and has an estimated revenue potential of INR 1,500 crore. According to the company, these figures reflect the increasing scale of premium residential development in Ghaziabad as developers continue to expand their presence in the corridor.
