The Adani Group recorded a strong financial and operational performance during FY 2025–26, with growth across its infrastructure, transport, logistics, energy and digital businesses reinforcing its long-term expansion strategy. According to the company's FY26 Annual Report, the Group continued to invest in large-scale infrastructure while strengthening its financial position and accelerating execution across multiple business verticals.
For the financial year, the Group reported consolidated revenue of 2,91,742 crore, representing year-on-year growth of 7.4%. Consolidated EBITDA reached 94,833 crore, while profit after tax increased 13.9% to 46,377 crore. Strong operating cash flows of 67,995 crore enabled the Group to continue funding capital expenditure while maintaining financial discipline and supporting future investments.
Operationally, FY26 marked several significant milestones. Mundra Port was recognised among the world's top 25 ports, while Vizhinjam Port crossed one million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) during its first year of operations, making it the fastest Indian port to achieve the milestone. The Group also highlighted the handling of 41 ultra-large container vessels at Vizhinjam as evidence of India's expanding maritime capabilities.
In the aviation segment, the inauguration of Navi Mumbai International Airport and the integrated terminal at Guwahati Airport represented major additions to India's airport infrastructure. Commercial operations at Navi Mumbai Airport commenced in December 2025, with the project designed to eventually handle around 90 million passengers annually. The Group described the airport as one of the country's most significant aviation infrastructure developments completed within a relatively short execution period.
Digital infrastructure also emerged as a key growth area. The company stated that its data centre business is progressing towards a planned 2 GW platform by 2030. A binding memorandum of understanding with Google for a gigawatt-scale data centre in Visakhapatnam was identified as a major step in supporting India's expanding digital economy and growing cloud infrastructure requirements.
The Group also expanded its mining services portfolio through five new Mine Developer and Operator (MDO) agreements, increasing its total mining capacity to 145 million tonnes per annum. In defence and aerospace, partnerships with Leonardo and Embraer were announced to strengthen domestic capabilities in helicopter and regional aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), aviation services and pilot training. The company also noted that its defence technologies supported India's armed forces during Operation Sindoor.
Looking ahead, the Group outlined a strategy centred on faster capital deployment, artificial intelligence-driven operations and organisational restructuring. Leadership announced the implementation of a lean three-layer management structure aimed at improving decision-making speed, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting future growth across businesses. The company emphasised that continued investment in physical and digital infrastructure, combined with financial discipline and technology adoption, would remain central to its long-term vision of contributing to India's economic development.
