Infrastructure upgrades are reshaping residential demand across Mumbai, with Bhandup West emerging as a key beneficiary of the upcoming Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR). Srishti Group has positioned its Srishti Oasis residential project to leverage this enhanced connectivity, offering one, two and three-bedroom homes near the proposed corridor. Located around 700 metres from LBS Marg, the development provides access to the Eastern Express Highway, suburban railway stations and the proposed Metro network. According to the developer, the project combines connectivity with lifestyle-focused amenities, while broader market trends cited from ANAROCK indicate sustained interest in infrastructure-led micro-markets across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region as buyers increasingly prioritise accessibility, established social infrastructure and long-term value.
Srishti Group has highlighted the strategic location of its Srishti Oasis residential development in Bhandup West, as infrastructure projects, including the upcoming Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR), are expected to improve connectivity between Mumbai's eastern and western suburbs. The developer said evolving buyer preferences are increasingly centred on projects that combine accessibility, established social infrastructure and lifestyle amenities.
The GMLR is expected to establish a direct east-west transport corridor connecting Goregaon with Mulund while integrating with major arterial routes such as the Eastern Express Highway, Western Express Highway and LBS Marg. According to the developer, the project is expected to reduce travel times, ease congestion and improve connectivity to commercial centres including Goregaon, Malad, Andheri, Powai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. The improved transport network is also expected to make Central Line neighbourhoods more accessible for professionals working in western business districts.
Srishti Oasis is located in Bhandup West, approximately 700 metres from LBS Marg and adjacent to the proposed GMLR corridor. The project also offers connectivity to the Eastern Express Highway, while Bhandup and Nahur railway stations are located nearby. The developer added that the proposed Metro station is expected to further strengthen public transport access, while both Mumbai's domestic and international airports can be reached within an hour.
Commenting on the evolving residential landscape, Karan Villaitramani, Director of Srishti Group, said infrastructure projects such as the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road were changing how buyers assess residential locations by improving cross-city connectivity. He added that better links between the Central Line and employment hubs in the western suburbs present opportunities for both homebuyers and investors. According to him, Srishti Oasis has been planned to combine this locational advantage with thoughtfully designed residences and lifestyle-oriented amenities.
The developer cited ANAROCK's MMR Residential Market Viewpoints Q1 2026 report, which noted that infrastructure-led micro-markets across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region continue to attract demand from both end-users and investors. According to the report referenced by the company, Bhandup West benefits from its proximity to Mulund's established social infrastructure while remaining approximately 15% more affordable. The locality also offers access to healthcare facilities, educational institutions, retail destinations, commercial centres and recreational spaces.
Srishti Oasis comprises one, two and three-bedroom residences featuring private sundecks, expansive windows and layouts designed to maximise natural light and cross ventilation. The developer stated that all homes are 100% Vaastu-compliant and designed to prioritise space and indoor comfort.
The project also includes more than 50 lifestyle amenities, including a clubhouse, gymnasium, swimming pool, landscaped gardens, yoga spaces, jogging tracks, multipurpose courts, children's play areas, indoor recreational facilities and dedicated spaces for senior citizens. According to Srishti Group, the development has been planned to cater to the requirements of residents across different age groups while benefiting from Bhandup West's improving connectivity and established urban infrastructure.
