Jashn Realty has announced plans to launch Jashn Golf Estate, an 18-acre luxury residential development in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow, later this year. The project will comprise golf-facing private floor residences with 4.99 BHK and 5.99 BHK configurations, alongside a 66,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and more than 100 lifestyle amenities. According to the developer, the project has been planned as a low-density community with wellness, recreation and sustainable infrastructure integrated into its master plan. The development also incorporates features such as rainwater harvesting, automated irrigation systems, three-tier security and landscaped open spaces, reflecting the growing demand for premium housing in Lucknow's evolving luxury residential market.
Jashn Realty is set to launch Jashn Golf Estate, an 18-acre luxury residential development in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow, later this year. The project has been planned as a low-density, golf-facing residential community featuring private floor residences, lifestyle amenities and sustainable infrastructure as the developer seeks to cater to demand in the city's premium housing segment.
Located within Sushant Golf City, the development will offer 4.99 BHK and 5.99 BHK private floor residences. According to the developer, each home will include smart home automation, imported modular kitchens, servant quarters, private jacuzzis, expansive balconies, premium bathroom fittings and 100% power backup.
The project's master plan has been designed to integrate residential spaces with recreational, wellness and landscaped areas. Jashn Realty said the development will feature more than 100 lifestyle amenities, including floating padel courts, floating gazebos, musical fountains, natural ponds, mini golf, fragrance and herbal gardens, meditation lawns, landscaped walking trails, an amphitheatre, children's activity zones, a pet park and scenic viewing decks.
A key component of the project is a 66,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, which the developer said will be the largest in Lucknow. The facility is planned to include a spa, cryotherapy and salt therapy centres, yoga and pilates studios, an infinity swimming pool, a fine dining restaurant, a business centre, a private theatre, a gaming lounge and multiple indoor entertainment spaces.
According to the developer, the project follows a low-density planning approach intended to provide larger green spaces, wider internal roads, golf course views and greater privacy for residents.
Commenting on the upcoming launch, Rahul Aggarwal, Managing Director of Jashn Realty, said the company had envisioned the project as a residential community where architecture, nature, wellness and hospitality are integrated into a single development. He added that the objective was to create a project recognised for its planning, quality and lifestyle offerings.
Aggarwal further stated that the project reflects the changing expectations of luxury homebuyers in Lucknow, who are increasingly seeking internationally inspired design, premium amenities and long-term value. He said the development is expected to contribute to the city's growing position within India's emerging luxury residential markets.
The project will also incorporate sustainability-focused infrastructure, including rainwater harvesting systems, automatic irrigation, mature tree plantations, ambient façade lighting, precast drainage systems and a three-tier security system.
Jashn Realty plans to unveil Jashn Golf Estate in September. The developer expects the project to strengthen its presence in Lucknow's premium residential segment by combining golf-facing residences, low-density planning, wellness-oriented amenities and modern infrastructure within a single integrated community.
