Ashiana Housing Ltd has sold 224 premium residential units worth INR 372.45 crore at its Ashiana Oma project in Jaipur, reflecting sustained demand for organised housing in the city. Developed under a revenue-sharing joint venture model, the 10.35-acre project comprises 280 residential units and is located at Mansarovar Extension, Jaisinghpura, along Jaipur's Ajmer Road corridor. The homes sold account for around 4.80 lakh sq ft of saleable area. The listed developer said the strong response indicates increasing buyer preference for planned residential communities offering quality construction, open spaces and long-term value. Ashiana Housing has delivered more than 55 projects across its portfolio.
Ashiana Housing Ltd has sold 224 premium residential units with a combined sales value of INR 372.45 crore at its Ashiana Oma residential project in Jaipur, supported by continued demand from homebuyers for organised residential developments in the city.
The listed real estate developer announced in the past week that Ashiana Oma is being developed on a 10.35-acre land parcel under a revenue-sharing joint venture model. Located at Mansarovar Extension, Jaisinghpura, along Jaipur's Ajmer Road corridor, the project comprises a total of 280 premium residential units.
According to the company, the homes sold so far represent approximately 4.80 lakh sq ft of saleable area, accounting for a significant share of the project's total inventory.
Commenting on the sales performance, Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director of Ashiana Housing Ltd, said the strong conversion of expressions of interest into confirmed bookings reflected growing demand among homebuyers for well-planned residential communities offering spacious layouts, green surroundings, quality construction and long-term value.
The project is aimed at buyers seeking organised residential developments in one of Jaipur's expanding urban corridors. The Ajmer Road belt has witnessed increasing residential activity in recent years, supported by improving infrastructure and connectivity, making it an emerging destination for both end-users and investors.
Ashiana Housing has established a presence across multiple residential segments, with a particular focus on senior living communities, alongside conventional housing projects. The company has developed a portfolio of more than 55 projects across various cities in India.
The latest sales performance at Ashiana Oma highlights continued demand for premium residential housing in Jaipur, where developers have been witnessing healthy buyer interest in projects offering planned communities and modern residential infrastructure. The transaction also reflects the growing role of joint venture development models in expanding residential supply while optimising land utilisation.
With a substantial portion of the inventory already sold, Ashiana Housing has strengthened its sales momentum at the Jaipur project, reinforcing the city's position as an active residential market supported by demand for quality housing developments.
