Manglam Group has launched PinkWest, an integrated commercial development on the Jaipur–Ajmer Highway with an estimated investment of INR 1,000 crore. Spread across nearly 13 lakh sq ft, the mixed-use project will comprise retail, office, hospitality, dining and entertainment components, including a 220-key Sheraton hotel operated under Marriott International. The developer said the project has already recorded more than INR 300 crore in sales and is expected to generate a development value of around INR 1,500 crore. Scheduled for completion by 2029, subject to construction progress and regulatory approvals, the development aims to cater to the growing commercial demand in West Jaipur, supported by improving connectivity and expanding residential and business catchments.
Manglam Group has announced the launch of PinkWest, an integrated commercial development on the Jaipur–Ajmer Highway, with an estimated investment of INR 1,000 crore. Announced in the past week, the project will be developed across approximately 13 lakh sq ft and is expected to be completed by 2029, subject to construction progress and regulatory approvals.
According to the developer, the project has already achieved more than INR 300 crore in sales within a short period of its launch. Manglam Group estimates that the development will generate a projected development value of approximately INR 1,500 crore, reflecting investor interest in commercial real estate across West Jaipur.
PinkWest has been planned as a mixed-use commercial destination integrating 287 retail units, 262 office spaces, hospitality, food and beverage outlets, entertainment facilities and lifestyle offerings within a single development. The project will also feature a 220-key Sheraton hotel operated under Marriott International, which is expected to serve both business and leisure travellers while complementing the retail and office components of the development.
The project is strategically located along the Jaipur–Ajmer Highway and offers connectivity to NH-48, the Ring Road, Mansarovar, Vaishali Nagar and the Mahindra Special Economic Zone (SEZ). Manglam Group stated that the location has witnessed increasing residential and commercial development, creating a growing catchment for businesses and consumers. The project has also been designed in line with sustainable green building principles.
Commenting on the launch, N K Gupta, Chairman of Manglam Group, said the commercial real estate market is increasingly shifting towards integrated destinations that combine workplaces, retail, hospitality and leisure facilities within a single address. He stated that the sales achieved since launch reflected confidence in the project's concept and reinforced the company's view that West Jaipur is emerging as an important commercial growth corridor.
Speaking on the hospitality component, Amrita Gupta, Chief Executive Officer of Manglam Spa and Resorts, said hospitality plays an important role in creating destination-led developments that enhance user experience and generate long-term value for businesses, investors and visitors. She added that the inclusion of the Sheraton hotel aligns with the group's strategy of partnering with established international hospitality brands.
Manglam Group, established in 1995, has delivered more than 125 projects covering 6.2 crore sq ft and serves over 41,000 customers. Alongside residential and commercial real estate, the developer has expanded into hospitality through Manglam Spa and Resorts and healthcare under the Manglam Plus Medicity Hospital brand. PinkWest represents the company's latest commercial development as it continues to expand its portfolio in Rajasthan.
