Hero Homes has announced a 17.3-acre premium residential development within the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) Integrated Industrial Township in Greater Noida. The project has a development potential of approximately 6 million sq ft and represents the company's second residential development in Greater Noida. Located in an emerging residential district benefiting from infrastructure projects such as the Noida International Airport and the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, the development forms part of Hero Homes' expansion strategy across the National Capital Region (NCR). The company said the project will comprise a premium residential community with modern amenities, open spaces and wellness-focused infrastructure, strengthening its presence in one of North India's fastest-growing housing markets.
Hero Homes, the residential brand of Hero Realty, has announced a premium residential development spread across 17.3 acres within the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) Integrated Industrial Township in Greater Noida. The project, announced in the past week, has a development potential of approximately 6 million sq ft, making it one of the larger planned residential developments in the region.
Located within the DMIC Integrated Industrial Township, the project forms part of an emerging residential corridor that has attracted investments from several national developers. According to the company, the development is expected to benefit from infrastructure projects including the Noida International Airport, the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, expanding employment hubs and ongoing regional infrastructure improvements across Greater Noida.
The project marks Hero Homes' second residential development in Greater Noida and expands the company's presence in one of the National Capital Region's growing residential markets. The developer said the investment reflects its long-term strategy of developing housing projects in locations supported by infrastructure-led growth and increasing economic activity.
Commenting on the project, Rohit Kishore, Chief Executive Officer of Hero Realty, said Greater Noida is undergoing significant urban expansion driven by infrastructure investment, employment generation and the development of new residential and commercial districts. He stated that the scale and location of the project provide an opportunity to create a premium residential community designed for evolving homebuyer preferences. He added that the development will incorporate open spaces, lifestyle amenities, wellness-focused infrastructure and community-oriented planning.
The DMIC Integrated Industrial Township is being developed as an integrated urban centre combining industrial, commercial and residential uses. The township is planned with multimodal connectivity, supporting infrastructure and employment-generating developments that are expected to drive demand for housing across the corridor.
Hero Homes stated that the combination of industrial growth, commercial development and improving connectivity is expected to strengthen Greater Noida's position as a residential destination within North India. The company believes these factors will support sustained housing demand as economic activity expands across the region.
The latest project adds to Hero Homes' expanding portfolio across North India. According to the company, it has delivered more than 7.80 lakh square metres of development and currently has 22.30 lakh square metres under development and in the pipeline across NCR, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The Greater Noida project forms part of the developer's broader strategy to increase its presence in infrastructure-driven urban markets through premium residential communities.
