Arete Group has announced plans to recruit more than 80 employees during the current financial year as it continues to expand its workforce and strengthen employee development initiatives. The announcement, made in the past week, forms part of the company's broader strategy to support business growth through digital transformation, skills development and employee well-being.
The company currently employs more than 700 people and is focusing on creating a workplace that combines technology adoption with continuous learning and employee engagement. According to Arete Group, the planned recruitment will help strengthen organisational capabilities while supporting its long-term expansion plans.
As part of its digital transformation programme, the company has introduced AI-enabled digital platforms across various departments to improve productivity, automate routine processes and enhance collaboration between teams. The company said these digital initiatives are intended to support operational efficiency while enabling employees to adapt to changing workplace requirements.
To complement its technology initiatives, Arete Group has established Excelerate, its dedicated learning and development centre, which offers certification programmes across finance, marketing, human resources and investment. The training programmes are designed to enhance functional expertise, encourage continuous learning and support career progression within the organisation.
Employee well-being also remains a key component of the company's human resources strategy. Through its Umatter employee wellness programme, Arete Group conducts initiatives focused on stress management, emotional well-being, employee engagement and workplace resilience. Employees are also provided with health insurance, statutory benefits, structured leave policies, welfare support and professional development opportunities.
Commenting on the company's workforce strategy, Siraj, Director of Arete Group, said the manufacturing and engineering sectors are witnessing increasing demand for continuous learning, digital skills and purpose-driven careers as digital transformation reshapes industry requirements. He stated that the company considers talent development central to business growth and is focusing on equipping employees with AI-driven tools, structured learning opportunities and well-being initiatives that support both professional performance and long-term career development.
The company added that its Vapi campus has been designed to promote collaboration and work-life balance through recreational facilities including an amphitheatre, sports room, play area and outdoor activity spaces. According to Arete Group, operating from a Tier II city such as Vapi also offers employees advantages including lower living costs, shorter commuting times and improved work-life balance.
The planned recruitment drive reflects the company's continued investment in workforce expansion while aligning employee capabilities with evolving business requirements and digital transformation across the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
