IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd reported a steady financial performance for the first quarter of FY27, driven by growth in its core business and accounting software segment. The company's net profit and revenue both recorded double-digit year-on-year growth, while expenses also increased in line with business expansion. Total income crossed INR 521 crore during the quarter, supported by higher operational revenue and other income. The results reflect continued demand for the company's digital B2B marketplace and related software offerings.
New Delhi: IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd, a business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce company, reported a 12.18% year-on-year increase in its consolidated net profit to INR 172.2 crore for the first quarter of FY27, according to a regulatory filing released earlier this week.
The company had posted a consolidated net profit of INR 153.5 crore during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Revenue from operations rose 11.36% to INR 414.4 crore in the June quarter of FY27, compared with INR 372.1 crore in the same period last year, reflecting continued growth in its digital business platform and software services.
The company's total income, which includes other income, increased 12.18% year-on-year to INR 521.1 crore during the quarter under review.
At the same time, total expenses grew 11.48% to INR 274.8 crore, compared with the year-ago period. The rise in expenditure was in line with the company's higher scale of operations and business activities.
