Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi (REIT) has reported total revenue of 50.70 billion lira from the sale of independent units and land during the January–June period, reflecting steady demand across its residential and land portfolio.
The company said its presales revenue from 2,598 independent units reached 45.17 billion lira, excluding VAT, during the first six months of the year. These sales covered a total gross area of 353,861 square metres.
Alongside residential sales, Emlak Konut generated 5.52 billion lira in land sales revenue, excluding VAT, through the sale of 25 land plots. The total area of these land transactions stood at 464,130 square metres.
The company also reported continued interest from overseas buyers. Sales to foreign nationals amounted to 624.2 million lira, excluding VAT, through the sale of 42 independent units during the January–June period.
Emlak Konut, one of Türkiye's largest real estate investment trusts, regularly releases operational updates on unit and land sales as part of its financial disclosures. The company has a significant residential development portfolio and continues to play an important role in the country's housing market through large-scale mixed-use and residential projects.
The latest operational update indicates that residential presales remained the company's primary revenue driver during the first half of the year, while land transactions also made a notable contribution to its overall sales performance.
