Synopsis

Eyewear retailer Lenskart has leased 88,343 sq ft of office space at Worldmark 6 in Delhi Aerocity, reinforcing its corporate presence in one of the capital's leading commercial districts. The long-term lease is estimated to have a rental outgo of around INR 232 crore over its tenure, according to property registration documents. The transaction reflects continued demand from occupiers for premium Grade A office spaces in established business hubs offering strong connectivity and modern infrastructure. Delhi Aerocity has witnessed sustained leasing activity from companies across technology, consulting, aviation, financial services and consumer sectors.

Lenskart has leased 88,343 sq ft of premium office space at Worldmark 6 in Delhi Aerocity, further strengthening its corporate footprint in one of the National Capital Region's most sought-after commercial destinations. The transaction underscores the continued preference among large occupiers for high-quality office assets located in well-connected business districts.
According to property registration documents accessed by real estate data analytics platform CRE Matrix, the lease has been executed for office space within Worldmark 6, a commercial development owned by Bharti Realty. The total rental commitment over the tenure of the agreement is estimated at approximately INR 232 crore, reflecting one of the larger office leasing transactions recorded in Delhi Aerocity this year.
The lease agreement is reported to span a long-term period and includes an escalation clause for rentals during the contract tenure. In addition to the office premises, the agreement also covers dedicated parking facilities, supporting the company's operational requirements as it expands its workforce and corporate functions.
Delhi Aerocity has emerged as a prominent office destination owing to its strategic location near Indira Gandhi International Airport, direct metro connectivity and availability of Grade A commercial developments. Over the past few years, the business district has attracted occupiers from sectors including technology, consulting, financial services, aviation, consumer goods and professional services, contributing to sustained office leasing activity.
Industry experts note that companies continue to prioritise premium office spaces that offer modern infrastructure, sustainability features and proximity to transport networks. This trend has supported healthy occupancy levels across established commercial hubs despite evolving workplace strategies and hybrid work models.
For Bharti Realty, the transaction further strengthens occupancy at its Worldmark commercial portfolio in Aerocity, which has attracted several domestic and multinational companies. The development forms part of the broader Aerocity business ecosystem that combines office spaces, hotels, retail and hospitality infrastructure.
Lenskart's latest office expansion aligns with its continued business growth and increasing operational scale. The company has expanded its omnichannel retail network across India while also strengthening its technology, supply chain and manufacturing capabilities. The new office space is expected to support its growing corporate teams and future expansion plans.
The transaction also highlights the resilience of India's Grade A office market, where demand from established businesses and high-growth companies continues to drive leasing activity in key metropolitan markets. Premium commercial developments with integrated infrastructure and strong connectivity remain the preferred choice for large occupiers seeking long-term operational efficiency.
