Platinum Corp has launched Platinum Stellar: Bespoke Presidential Suites, a luxury residential development on Main Avenue in Santacruz West, Mumbai. The project has been conceived as a low-density residential offering featuring homes of 2,500 sq ft and above, including full-floor residences. Positioned within one of Mumbai’s established premium residential neighbourhoods, the development incorporates an Art Deco-inspired design approach and includes a collaboration with interior designer Sussanne Khan. The project targets high-net-worth individuals, business owners and end-users seeking larger homes in the Bandra-Khar-Santacruz micro-market. Platinum Corp, which has delivered approximately 1.75 million sq ft across Mumbai’s suburbs over the past 15 years, said the launch forms part of its broader strategy to expand its portfolio of premium residential developments across the city.
Platinum Corp has launched Platinum Stellar: Bespoke Presidential Suites, a luxury residential project located on Main Avenue in Santacruz West, Mumbai. Announced on June 24, the development is positioned as a boutique, low-density residential offering featuring large-format homes and a design-led approach intended to cater to affluent homebuyers in the city’s western suburbs.
The project has been developed in collaboration with interior designer Sussanne Khan and is designed around an Art Deco-inspired architectural theme. According to the developer, the design philosophy draws inspiration from the principles associated with the 1920s Art Deco movement, incorporating elements such as structured detailing, geometric forms and functional layouts adapted for contemporary residential living.
Platinum Corp stated that design considerations have been integrated across multiple aspects of the development, including spatial planning, arrival experiences, amenities and common areas. The company said the project seeks to create a cohesive residential environment through a combination of architectural detailing, interior design and lifestyle-focused facilities.
Located in Santacruz West’s Main Avenue precinct, the project benefits from connectivity to neighbouring residential and commercial districts including Bandra and Khar, while also offering access to major transport corridors across Mumbai. The location is supported by established social infrastructure, retail destinations, dining options and business hubs, making it one of the city’s sought-after residential micro-markets.
The development will include a range of lifestyle amenities such as dedicated entertainment and hosting spaces, a private party lounge, wellness facilities, yoga and aerial fitness areas, spa and salon facilities, and landscaped spaces incorporating water features. According to the company, these amenities have been planned as integral components of the residential experience rather than standalone additions.
Vishal Ratanghayra, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Platinum Corp, stated that the project was conceived as a limited-inventory development intended for homebuyers seeking privacy, design quality and larger living spaces. He said the project represents a flagship launch for the company and forms part of its wider pipeline of premium residential developments planned for Mumbai.
Sussanne Khan stated that the design approach was influenced by the project's urban context and sought to create a contemporary interpretation of Art Deco architecture. She noted that the design focused on detail, proportion and materiality to establish a distinctive identity for the development.
Platinum Stellar will comprise residences starting from approximately 2,500 sq ft and extending to full-floor homes. According to the developer, the project is expected to attract high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and long-term residents of the Bandra-Khar-Santacruz belt seeking larger residences in established neighbourhoods. The company also indicated that it has received interest from investors looking at premium residential assets in prime Mumbai micro-markets.
The launch further strengthens Platinum Corp’s presence in Mumbai’s luxury housing segment, where the developer has delivered approximately 1.75 million sq ft of residential development across the city’s prime suburban locations over the past 15 years.
