BPTP’s residential project Skynest in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, has been recognised with the ‘Landmark High-Rise Development of the Year’ award at the ET NOW Realty Conclave & Awards 2026. The project comprises twin residential towers rising to approximately 150 metres and incorporates green building features, landscaped sky decks and community-oriented amenities. Located along the Faridabad Bypass Road corridor, Skynest is positioned within the rapidly developing Greater Faridabad residential market. The development has been planned with support from a team of international and domestic consultants across architecture, engineering, sustainability and design disciplines. The recognition highlights the project's design approach and reflects growing development activity in Faridabad, which continues to emerge as an important residential destination within the National Capital Region (NCR).

BPTP’s residential development Skynest, located in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, has received the ‘Landmark High-Rise Development of the Year’ award at the ET NOW Realty Conclave & Awards 2026. The recognition was announced recently and acknowledges the project's contribution to the evolving residential landscape of Faridabad, which has witnessed increasing real estate activity in recent years.
Skynest is a high-rise residential development comprising twin towers designed to integrate green building practices, landscaped elements and community-focused amenities within a vertical residential framework. According to the developer, the towers are planned to reach an approximate height of 150 metres, making them among the notable high-rise developments in the city.
A key design feature of the project is the incorporation of designated Sky-Nests at multiple levels throughout the tower structure. These spaces introduce landscaped areas within the built form and are intended to create integrated green zones for residents at various elevations.
The project is situated in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, and benefits from connectivity through the Faridabad Bypass Road (NH-148NA), also referred to as the DND–Faridabad–KMP Expressway corridor. The route links Delhi through DND and Kalindi Kunj with Faridabad and further connects to the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway, enhancing regional accessibility.
The ET NOW Realty Conclave & Awards recognise achievements across India’s real estate sector, honouring projects and organisations for excellence in development, design, execution and innovation. The award received by Skynest reflects the project's positioning within the NCR housing market and its emphasis on design-led residential development.
Varun Juneja, Senior Vice President – Design, Execution and Sustainability at BPTP Limited, stated that the recognition reflects the company’s commitment to developing residential projects that focus on long-term value creation and evolving urban requirements. He said Skynest incorporates design elements, sustainability measures and community infrastructure within a unified development framework tailored to contemporary residential planning needs.
The project has been developed with support from a multidisciplinary team of consultants across various specialisations. Singapore-based WOW Consultants is responsible for architecture, landscape and interior design. Matrix has been engaged for vertical transportation planning, while Optimal serves as the structural consultant. Nulty+ is handling lighting design, Currie & Brown has been appointed as quantity surveyor, and GreenGineer is advising on sustainability and green building practices.
According to the developer, the involvement of specialist consultants is intended to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, engineering standards and sustainability objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
The recognition adds to BPTP’s portfolio of industry awards and comes as Greater Faridabad continues to attract residential development activity driven by infrastructure improvements and enhanced connectivity within the NCR. Skynest forms part of the company’s broader residential portfolio across North India, where it continues to develop housing and commercial projects in key urban markets.
