Swedish Logistic Property reports 29% rise in Q2 property management profit

Swedish Logistic Property AB (SLP) reported improved financial performance for the second quarter, with profit from property management increasing 29% year-on-year to SEK 360 million. Profit from property management per share also rose 19% to SEK 1.28. During the quarter, the company recorded positive value changes of SEK 127 million in its investment property portfolio. However, earnings per share stood at SEK 1.34, slightly lower than SEK 1.36 reported in the corresponding period last year, reflecting a marginal decline despite stronger operating performance.

Swedish Logistic Property AB (SLP) reported a 29% year-on-year increase in its profit from property management during the second quarter, with earnings reaching SEK 360 million. 
The company also recorded a 19% rise in profit from property management per share, which increased to SEK 1.28 compared to the corresponding period last year. 
During the quarter, the value of SLP's investment property portfolio registered positive changes amounting to SEK 127 million, contributing to the company's overall financial performance. 
Despite the improvement in property management earnings, earnings per share came in at SEK 1.34, slightly below SEK 1.36 reported in the same quarter a year earlier. 
Property management profit is considered a key performance indicator for real estate companies as it reflects recurring earnings generated from property operations before the impact of valuation changes and other one-time items. SLP has continued to expand its logistics property portfolio in recent years, supported by demand for modern warehouse and logistics assets.
