Synopsis

After spending close to four decades in the corporate sector, real estate sales veteran Vineet Nanda has concluded his corporate career with BPTP Ltd. While stepping away from executive roles, he will continue to remain associated with the real estate industry through community-focused initiatives. During his career, Nanda held leadership positions at several leading developers, contributed to more than USD 6 billion in residential sales, built a nationwide network of over 40,000 channel partners, and received multiple industry recognitions for his work in the luxury real estate segment.

Real estate industry veteran Vineet Nanda has concluded his corporate career after nearly 40 years, ending his latest assignment with BPTP Ltd. Although he has stepped away from corporate responsibilities, he will continue to remain connected with the real estate sector and plans to use his industry experience for community-focused initiatives.
Nanda started his professional journey at the age of 21 in the auto component industry, where he worked for around 15 years before moving into real estate. Over the next two decades, he held senior leadership positions at several leading real estate companies, including Omaxe Ltd., Central Park, M3M, Krisumi Corporation—a joint venture with Japan's Sumitomo Corporation—and most recently, BPTP Ltd.
During his tenure at Krisumi Corporation, Sumitomo Corporation extended his retirement age from 62 to 67 in recognition of his contribution to the organisation. Over the years, he also received several industry honours for his work in the residential and luxury housing segments. In the past week, he was recognised with the Excellence in Luxury Real Estate Strategy award at the ET NOW Realty Conclave & Awards 2026 and the ET Industry North Leaders 2026 Award for Excellence in Luxury Real Estate.
Throughout his real estate career, Nanda played a role in residential property sales worth more than USD 6 billion. He also established and led a nationwide network of over 40,000 channel partners and associates, helping serve more than 25,000 homebuyers across different markets. His leadership was primarily focused on sales strategy, channel partner development and expanding residential sales across multiple projects.
Apart from his business achievements, Nanda is recognised among the highest individual income tax-paying professionals in India's real estate industry, which he has attributed to the opportunities the sector provided throughout his career.
Reflecting on his journey, Nanda said that success should be viewed as a responsibility rather than a destination and added that it requires humility, gratitude and compassion. He also expressed gratitude to the more than 600 professionals he worked with over the past four decades and said that seeing many of them grow into successful industry leaders had been one of the most rewarding aspects of his career.
His departure from corporate life marks the end of his executive career rather than a complete retirement. He intends to stay engaged with the real estate industry while contributing to society through community-oriented initiatives. Having worked across some of India's leading real estate developers during periods of rapid growth in the housing sector, Nanda leaves behind a long career spanning sales leadership, channel partner development and customer engagement.
