The development forms part of SPRE's continued expansion in western Pune, where it is focusing on integrated residential communities.

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has launched Vyomora, a residential development spread across approximately 25 acres in Hinjawadi, Pune, expanding its presence in one of the city's largest information technology and residential corridors. The project, announced in the past week, marks the company's third residential development in the Hinjawadi micro-market.
The first phase of the project comprises five residential towers with 720 apartments, including two-bedroom, three-bedroom and three-bedroom duplex configurations. According to the developer, homes are priced from INR 84.99 lakh on an all-inclusive basis.
Located in Hinjawadi, the development is positioned close to several information technology and business campuses, including those operated by Infosys, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), HCL Technologies, Persistent Systems, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra and IBM. The project is also expected to benefit from connectivity through the Mumbai–Pune Highway (NH48), the under-construction Metro Line 3 connecting Hinjawadi and Civil Court, the proposed Ring Road, the Connecting Link Expressway and the proposed station on the Mumbai–Pune High-Speed Rail corridor.
SPRE said the project has been designed as a low-density residential community with a focus on open spaces and shared amenities. The development will include a clubhouse along with facilities for wellness, recreation, community activities and remote working.
The proposed amenities include a swimming pool, gymnasium, yoga studio, spa and salon, wellness clinics, mini theatre, digital dome, karaoke room, video games room, indoor games facilities and a cricket simulator. Community infrastructure will comprise multipurpose halls, a crèche, an indoor children's play area, guest accommodation, lounge spaces and a senior citizens' zone. The project will also provide a library and co-working facilities.
Chief Executive Officer of Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate and Managing Director of Joyville by Shapoorji Housing, Sriram Mahadevan, said the company had witnessed strong customer response to its earlier projects in Hinjawadi and viewed the micro-market as an important residential destination supported by employment opportunities, infrastructure development and evolving housing demand. He added that the new project reflects the company's focus on developing integrated residential communities with an emphasis on design, sustainability, wellness and long-term value.
According to the developer, Hinjawadi continues to record residential demand due to its established information technology ecosystem, expanding social infrastructure and planned connectivity projects. SPRE stated that the launch of Vyomora strengthens its residential portfolio in Pune and aligns with its long-term strategy of developing integrated communities across high-growth urban markets.
