Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) will host its largest multi-city property showcase in Mumbai on 5 July 2026, offering prospective homebuyers and investors an opportunity to explore residential projects spanning five cities at a single venue.
The one-day event follows the developer's earlier property showcase in Gurugram and will bring together 15 residential developments across Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Gurugram and Howrah. The portfolio includes premium apartments, luxury villas and plotted developments, catering to a broad range of homebuyers and investment preferences.
According to the company, the projects on display will have prices starting from INR 60 lakh. Visitors will also receive access to exclusive event-specific offers, personalised consultations and guidance from SPRE's sales and advisory teams to help them compare projects across multiple locations before making purchase decisions.
Rima Kirtikar, Chief Marketing Officer at SPRE, said homebuyers are increasingly evaluating residential opportunities across multiple cities rather than restricting their search to a single market. She noted that buyers are considering factors such as lifestyle preferences, investment potential and long-term value creation when selecting properties. She added that the showcase aims to present the company's residential portfolio from different parts of the country in one location, enabling customers to assess a wider range of options.
The developer said the event will provide visitors with direct interaction opportunities with its sales teams while offering detailed information on projects across established urban micro-markets, emerging investment destinations and lifestyle-focused residential developments.
The showcase will include projects across different asset classes and price segments, allowing prospective buyers to compare offerings from multiple regions under one roof. According to the company, the initiative is intended to simplify the home-buying process by providing greater transparency, expert guidance and a consolidated platform for evaluating residential opportunities.
SPRE said the event also reflects its pan-India residential presence and diversified project portfolio, while reinforcing its focus on customer engagement through advisory-led interactions. The developer stated that bringing together projects from multiple cities in a single exhibition is intended to help buyers make informed decisions based on their individual housing and investment requirements.
