Bengaluru-based EARA Group has appointed Raja Ramamoorthy as Associate Vice President – Sales as part of its leadership expansion strategy. The appointment comes as the real estate developer seeks to strengthen its sales operations while pursuing growth across its real estate portfolio and planned diversification into hospitality and related businesses. Ramamoorthy, who has more than 26 years of experience across real estate, hospitality, telecommunications and consumer sectors, will oversee sales strategy, channel partner development, customer acquisition and revenue growth. EARA Group has appointed Raja Ramamoorthy as Associate Vice President – Sales to lead its sales function as the Bengaluru-based real estate developer continues to expand its operations. The appointment, announced in the past week, forms part of the company's leadership strengthening efforts as it pursues growth in its real estate business and advances plans to diversify into the hospitality sector and other allied businesses.
In his new role, Ramamoorthy will be responsible for overseeing the company's sales strategy, channel partner development, business expansion, customer acquisition and revenue growth across EARA Group's portfolio of residential developments.
Ramamoorthy brings more than 26 years of professional experience spanning the real estate, hospitality, telecommunications and consumer sectors. His experience includes sales leadership, business development, strategic planning, channel management and the development of sales teams.
Before joining EARA Group, he served as Associate Vice President – Sales at Casagrand Builders Pvt. Ltd. During his tenure, he was involved in developing sales strategies, expanding the company's channel partner network through the addition of more than 150 channel partners and supporting revenue generation initiatives.
Over the course of his career, Ramamoorthy has also held leadership positions at NBR Group, SOBHA Ltd., Talin Modular Furniture, Scorpio Event Management Company, Gift XOXO, Hummingbird Corporate & Stay Pvt. Ltd., Ace Agency and HFCL Group.
Commenting on the appointment, E. Lakshminarayana Reddy, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EARA Group, said the company viewed people as central to its long-term growth strategy. He stated that Ramamoorthy's experience in sales leadership, business strategy, channel development and team management would support the company's expansion plans.
Ramamoorthy said he was joining EARA Group during a significant phase of its growth and intended to work with the leadership team to strengthen the company's sales network, expand channel partnerships, improve customer engagement and support the group's long-term business objectives.
EARA Group is engaged in real estate development with a focus on residential projects. According to the company, it is also planning to expand into hospitality and other complementary business segments as part of its broader growth strategy. The company said its future plans include developing hospitality assets alongside its existing real estate business to create integrated lifestyle destinations.
