Synopsis

Yugen Infra plans to invest around INR 2,000 crore over the next seven to ten years to develop a 500-acre integrated township, Yugen Golf City, along the Maharashtra-Goa border. The Gurugram-based developer has also partnered with healthcare solutions platform Livlong to incorporate healthcare services within the project. The first phase, spread across 100 acres, comprises residential plots and villas and has received encouraging customer response, according to the company. Yugen Infra intends to launch the second phase later this year. The township is being positioned as a mixed-use residential community with a focus on wellness, healthcare access and long-term quality of life, reflecting growing demand for integrated living environments beyond traditional housing developments.

Gurugram-based Yugen Infra has announced plans to invest approximately INR 2,000 crore in the development of a 500-acre township, Yugen Golf City, located on the Maharashtra-Goa border. The company disclosed the investment plan while also signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with healthcare solutions aggregator Livlong to provide integrated healthcare services within the township.
The project is being developed as a large-scale residential community spanning 500 acres. Yugen Infra has already commenced the first phase of development, offering residential plots and villas across a 100-acre land parcel. The company indicated that customer response to the initial phase has been positive, prompting preparations for the next stage of development.
According to Sheeshram Yadav, Managing Director of Yugen Infra Pvt Ltd, the developer plans to roll out the second phase of the township later this year. He stated that the overall investment required for the project is estimated at around INR 2,000 crore and will be deployed over a period of seven to ten years.
Alongside the township development, Yugen Infra has entered into a strategic partnership with Livlong, a healthcare solutions platform, with the aim of integrating healthcare and wellness services into the residential ecosystem. The arrangement is expected to provide residents with access to healthcare solutions tailored to their individual requirements and budgets.
Yadav said the company’s vision for Yugen Golf City extends beyond the construction of premium homes and seeks to create a broader ecosystem centred on health, longevity, community living and overall quality of life. He noted that the collaboration with Livlong forms part of this wider objective by bringing healthcare-related support services directly into the township environment.
Livlong Founder and Chief Executive Officer Gaurav Dubey said the partnership represented an approach in which preventive healthcare, assisted living, rehabilitation services and emergency care are incorporated into a planned residential setting. He indicated that the collaboration aims to integrate healthcare infrastructure and services within the lifestyle framework of the township.
The development reflects a growing trend among residential projects to incorporate wellness and healthcare-focused amenities as part of larger community planning. With the first phase underway and further expansion scheduled for later this year, Yugen Infra is progressing with the long-term development of Yugen Golf City as an integrated residential and wellness-oriented township on the Maharashtra-Goa border.
