Mumbai-based building services engineering consultancy Clancy Global has completed 20 years of operations, marking two decades of growth from a UK outsourcing MEP consultancy practice into a multidisciplinary engineering firm. The company has delivered engineering solutions for more than 800 projects across over 60 cities in India and overseas markets. Its portfolio spans commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, institutional and data centre developments. Over the years, Clancy Global has worked on projects including Prozone Mall in Aurangabad, Silver Springs township in Indore, Hiranandani Rodas Enclave in Thane and Tata Cancer Care Hospital in Varanasi. The firm said it will continue investing in digital engineering technologies, sustainability-focused design and integrated building solutions as the built environment sector adopts increasingly technology-driven approaches.
Clancy Global has completed 20 years in the building services engineering sector, marking a milestone in its transition from a specialist UK outsourcing MEP consultancy practice into a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy serving projects across India and international markets.
Founded in Mumbai, the company began operations with a small team focused on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEPF) consultancy services. Over the past two decades, it has expanded its capabilities across a broad range of sectors, including commercial real estate, residential developments, healthcare facilities, hospitality projects, mixed-use developments, industrial assets, institutional campuses, data centres and high-rise buildings.
The company stated that its growth has been driven by a focus on engineering precision, adherence to international standards and the adoption of evolving technologies across project delivery processes. As project requirements have become increasingly complex, Clancy Global has broadened its engineering capabilities while maintaining an emphasis on integrated design solutions.
Among the projects cited as key milestones in its development are Prozone Mall in Aurangabad, one of the company's early large-format retail assignments, the Silver Springs township development in Indore, Hiranandani Rodas Enclave in Thane and Tata Cancer Care Hospital in Varanasi. These projects contributed to strengthening its expertise in managing large-scale and technically demanding engineering assignments.
According to the company, it has delivered engineering consultancy services for more than 800 projects spread across over 60 cities. The portfolio reflects increasing demand for specialised building services engineering as developers and asset owners seek integrated solutions that improve operational efficiency and building performance.
Clancy Global currently adopts an engineering delivery framework supported by Building Information Modelling (BIM), Digital Twin capabilities and sustainable design practices. The company stated that it continues to invest in digital engineering platforms aimed at improving project coordination, enhancing productivity and supporting efficient execution across multiple asset classes.
Commenting on the occasion, Chairman and Director Kiran Ganatra said the company had focused on building an organisation centred on engineering discipline, consistency and long-term client relationships. He noted that the business had grown from a small team into a multidisciplinary consultancy through continuous learning, adaptation and a commitment to delivering projects with integrity.
Chief Executive Officer Firoj Kumar Jena stated that collaboration would remain central to the company's future strategy. He indicated that engineering was becoming increasingly dependent on technology integration, sustainability considerations and closer coordination among stakeholders, and that the company intended to contribute to that ongoing transformation.
The company also highlighted sustainability as an increasingly important component of its engineering approach. Beyond energy efficiency, its focus now includes resource optimisation, operational performance, maintainability, occupant comfort and intelligent building systems. As the built environment sector adopts more digitally connected and data-driven infrastructure, Clancy Global said it aims to continue delivering engineering solutions aligned with evolving environmental and operational requirements.
