Synopsis

Bengaluru-based Punt Partners has joined Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network (CPN) through its AI-powered product ShelfRadar.AI, becoming part of the inaugural cohort selected under the network’s Services Track. ShelfRadar, a decision intelligence platform built on Anthropic’s Claude AI infrastructure, helps consumer brands analyse and act on data from quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. The partnership provides the company access to Anthropic’s technical ecosystem, training programmes and enterprise AI resources. The development comes as India’s quick commerce sector continues to expand, creating increasing demand for tools that can help brands manage inventory, pricing, visibility and operational decisions across multiple platforms and markets.

Punt Partners has joined Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network (CPN) through its product ShelfRadar.AI, marking a significant milestone for the Bengaluru-based technology and marketing solutions company as it expands its presence in the enterprise artificial intelligence ecosystem.
The company announced that ShelfRadar.AI has been selected as part of the inaugural cohort of global partners under the Services Track of the Claude Partner Network, which was launched earlier this month. The network brings together technology firms deploying Anthropic’s Claude AI models in production environments for enterprise customers.
ShelfRadar.AI is a decision intelligence platform designed for consumer brands operating within India’s rapidly growing quick commerce sector. Built on Anthropic’s Claude API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure, the platform is designed to help brands navigate the operational complexities associated with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
According to the company, the platform functions as an AI-powered answer engine rather than a conventional analytics dashboard. It combines data relating to dark store availability, warehouse inventory, organic and paid visibility, promotions and sales performance to generate actionable insights intended to support faster decision-making.
The growth of quick commerce in India has created increasingly complex operating environments for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. Variations in pricing, product availability, inventory levels and promotional activity across multiple platforms and micro-markets have made data interpretation more challenging for brand teams.
ShelfRadar seeks to address these challenges by integrating proprietary listing data collected across dark stores nationwide with internal sales and operational data from participating brands. This information is processed through an AI-driven decision layer that enables users to analyse complex business questions spanning multiple platforms and markets.
Madhu Sudhan, Co-founder of Punt Partners, stated that quick commerce has generated a data challenge that traditional dashboard-based tools often struggle to address. He noted that understanding revenue fluctuations frequently requires analysing multiple factors simultaneously, including inventory availability, pricing changes, competitor actions and product visibility. He added that participation in Anthropic’s partner network would allow the company to apply Claude’s advanced AI capabilities to these decision-making challenges.
Ashwanth Kumar, Chief Technology Officer at ShelfRadar, stated that the platform was built using Claude’s infrastructure, including its agentic decision engine and MCP integration capabilities. He said the partnership would provide access to Anthropic’s technical resources, certification programmes and a wider ecosystem of companies developing enterprise AI applications.
Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network in March 2026 alongside a USD 100 million strategic investment initiative aimed at supporting partner organisations through training, technical support, certifications and market development programmes. The Services Track specifically focuses on companies building and deploying Claude-powered solutions for enterprise users.
ShelfRadar currently supports brands operating across major quick commerce platforms, including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and Flipkart Minutes. The platform enables businesses to monitor pricing, inventory, advertising and visibility metrics while identifying factors that may influence revenue performance.
The partnership reflects the growing adoption of artificial intelligence within India's consumer commerce ecosystem, where brands are increasingly seeking advanced analytics and automation tools to manage operations across rapidly expanding digital retail channels.
